If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. Simply email info@bysolmara.com with:

– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Total delivery is 6-10 business days. That is 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships, then 5-8 business days in transit.

Order before 14:00 GMT/BST (UK time) and processing starts the same day. Shipping is free on every UK order, with duties and import charges included in the price. We’re doing everything we can to deliver your pieces as swiftly as possible.

Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days, and the carrier takes around 5-8 business days within the United Kingdom, giving a total of 6-10 business days.

You can return a product after arrival for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer, whether you changed your mind or the item arrived faulty.

Exchanges are available, and refunds are issued within 7 days of the return arriving back.
