What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Card brands and wallets are separate things: the wallets only appear at checkout on devices and browsers that support them, so the list you see can be shorter than the list here. Klarna is offered as a pay-later option on Klarna own terms.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Have your tracking number handy? Click here to track your order directly.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. Simply email info@bysolmara.com with:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Where do you ship to?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Total delivery is 6-10 business days. That is 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships, then 5-8 business days in transit.

Order before 14:00 GMT/BST (UK time) and processing starts the same day. Shipping is free on every UK order, with duties and import charges included in the price. We’re doing everything we can to deliver your pieces as swiftly as possible.
