All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. Duties and import charges are included in the price. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Card brands and wallets are separate things: the wallets appear at checkout depending on the device and browser you are using, so you may not see all of them on every device. Klarna is offered at checkout as a pay-later option, on Klarna's own terms rather than ours, and their eligibility decision is theirs to make.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we suspect the order was not placed in good faith.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, shipping is free within the United Kingdom, processing takes 1-2 business days, transit takes 5-8 business days and the total is 6-10 business days.
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, you may return an item within 30 days from delivery, exchanges are available, and refunds are issued within 7 days of the return arriving back to the original payment method.
The text, photography and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written agreement.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation, and not to extract its content by automated means.
