Buttons No Sleeves

A sleeveless knit vest that buttons all the way down the front, with a fine cable running through the body and a plain round neck. The armhole is cut deep and bound in rib, so it layers over a shirt without pulling at the shoulder. It is cropped to sit at the waistband. Buttoned it works as a top on its own; open it works as a very light layer over a vest in the weeks before a coat is needed. The rib at the hem is narrow so nothing pulls in at the waist.
