A long printed skirt with a deeply shirred waistband that stretches to fit and holds without a zip, releasing into tiers that widen all the way to the floor. The print is a dense block motif that covers every panel. Because the shirring runs several rows deep the waist can be worn high on the ribs or dropped to the hip. The hem has real sweep to it.
