Fringe Down The Arms

A western jacket with long fringing hung from a yoke across the chest and back and down the full length of both sleeves, so it moves the entire time you do. The nap has a soft matte surface that takes the light unevenly, which is what stops the fringe reading as costume. It is cut short and closes on a single hook at the throat. The rest of the jacket is plain because the fringe is doing everything.
