Blazer Cut Very Short

A tailored mini built like a blazer, with a deep plunging wrap front, a peak lapel and a properly built shoulder. The skirt wraps across itself to a pointed hem and sits high on the thigh. It closes on a hidden hook at the waist so the front stays flat. The sleeve is long and set into the shoulder rather than dropped, which is what keeps the whole thing sharp rather than slouchy.
